3. User Obligations and Conduct

4. Account Creation, Security & Hosting/Domain Services

Account Responsibilities:

You will provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and user ID.
You agree to notify Sirus Infotech immediately in case of any unauthorized access, suspicious activity, or breach of your account security.
You will be held accountable for all activities conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you.
Sirus Infotech shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or disruption arising due to your failure to comply with these obligations.

Domain Services:

Sirus Infotech may provide domain registration and management services as part of its offerings.
If the client has paid for more than one year of services, Sirus Infotech will bear the cost of domain renewal annually.
In cases where the client maintains consistent communication, contractual engagement, or ongoing service relationship, domain renewals may be handled by Sirus Infotech upon timely notice or request.
However, if no renewal request or communication is received, and the domain expires or is acquired by a third party, Sirus Infotech will not be responsible for any loss, brand damage, or business disruption.
Clients are solely responsible for tracking their domain validity, requesting renewals in time, and updating contact details to avoid lapse in ownership.

Hosting Services:

With evolving infrastructure and the launch of in-house and third-party hosting solutions, Sirus Infotech may offer hosting services monthly or annually at its own discretion.
Sirus Infotech reserves the right to alter hosting platforms, policies, or renewal terms based on technical feasibility, business needs, or client compliance.
If the client fails to respond to communication attempts (calls, emails, or messages) regarding hosting status or renewal, Sirus Infotech is not obligated to continue hosting or preserve the hosted content.
In the event of downtime, expiration, or deletion of hosting data due to non-responsiveness from the client, Sirus Infotech will not be held liable.

Important Disclaimer:

The responsibility for domain interest, renewal intent, hosting continuity, and timely communication rests with the client.
While Sirus Infotech will make reasonable efforts to remind and assist, failure to respond, authorize payments, or engage in service continuity will exempt Sirus Infotech from any liability related to service disruption or data loss.

5. Payments and Billing

All payments for services provided by Sirus Infotech must be made as per the payment terms outlined in the service agreement or project proposal.
Payment methods include, but are not limited to, bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and online payment gateways.
Sirus Infotech reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payments are not received within the agreed period. Any delay in payment may result in additional charges as agreed in the service agreement.
All fees and charges are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise specified.

6. Intellectual Property

Sirus Infotech retains ownership of all intellectual property rights to the website, content, software, and technology associated with the services provided. This includes but is not limited to: code, images, logos, trademarks, and proprietary information.
Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the website and services in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any content from the website or services without prior written permission from Sirus Infotech.

7. Confidentiality and Data Protection
